Here are some easy-to-follow tips to try for best results:

  1. 1. Start early in the morning – i.e. eat within an hour of getting up
  2. 2. Eat regularly in the day – ideally every 3-4 hours
  3. 3. Portion control!!! This one is very important
  4. 4. Make the meals using as little oil and eat as little fatty foods as possible
  5. 5. Consistency is important – especially in terms of timing of meals and portions of meals. Eat at the same size meals at the same time everyday.

Tip >> Consistency: The same rule applies when taking your Herbex. Try to take your Herbex at the same time, everyday and stay on our program for at least 3 months.
