Is it okay to drink the whole liter in tge morning?

Hi Elmien. Thanks for getting in touch. Both of those products are ‘core’ products, and we only recommnend taking 1 core product at a time. You can choose either the Fat Burn Plus OR the Attack the Fat Extra. Then, you can add on a booster product, a tea, or a concentrate.
