We are really glad that you have decided to include Herbex in your weight loss journey. We are sorry to say but losing 14kgs in 4 weeks would not be possible nor would it be advisable. Losing and keeping off weight in a holistic way is about making a complete lifestyle change using exercise, Herbex, healthy eating, plenty of water and a laser like focus.
