Competition Terms

 

Please note that all our competitions are subject to these terms and conditions

 

  • Entry is open to anyone except employees (and their immediate families) of
  • Regrettably, only South African residents are eligible for prizes.
  • Competitions run until the end date stipulated on the promotional material. Late entries may be included at the discretion of the judges.
  • Entries submitted using invalid or false email addresses will be disqualified.
  • By entering into a competition, you agree to receive future correspondence from Herbex
  • In the case of a competition by means of a draw, the draw will take place within three weeks of the closing date of the competition.
  • The winner will be notified by email, phone or Facebook account. Prize must be claimed within 14 days of notification.
  • The winners agree to co-operate in participating in any public relations exposure and their details may be published at the discretion of
  • The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into Herbex
  • The prize is not redeemable for cash.
  • By entering this competition you agree to all terms and conditions.

 

Any person who wins a prize in any Herbex Health competition (via the Herbex Health website or Herbex Health Facebook page) cannot enter another competition for three months thereafter.

 

Herbex Weight Loss Quiz Competition Rules

  • Participants must complete the Quiz on the Herbex website. Up to 5 (five) winners will be selected every day upon receipt of emailed screen shot of quiz completion.
  • Each winner will receive a 50% discount on any purchase up to and including R800.00 from the Herbex online store. This excludes shipping charges.
  • Purchases valued at more than R800.00 will not be discounted and will be charged at full price.
  • Winners will be announced on the following day and will receive their vouchers during the announcement. Weekend winners will be announced on the following Monday morning.
  • Only South African residents will be considered for the draw.
  • All prizes (vouchers) will expire at 11:59pm on the day that the winner is notified.
  • This competition will run in conjunction with all current competitions and promotions on the Herbex website.
